So our benefit concert went very well last Saturday. We had an ok showing, about 50 people, but the best part was everyone's positive response and we have had an offer to perform at the college, as well as in a coffee shop. Plus a local guy wants to record one of the songs we did, one written by one of the staff of La Puente about coming to the valley (he said he had a tear when the cello came in, thats me, the cello) anyway it was all very exciting and we raised a good amount of money, with much potential for more funds in the future. and i actually sang in public without humiliating results. Other funny things, I almost hum while I am playing, its so weird and i can't really stop it, but when i am concentrating really hard on my playing, my mouth opens and i unconciously hum, not even along with the music, just atonal noise. interesting.

its been cold here, we have had snow this morning and sunday morning too, though it all melts by noon. It is beautiful.

Seriously, you had better be, like, the (wo)man at "Top of The World" by now. Jeez. I missed you a lot this week. How have you adjusted to America? Of course, you've had oodles more time than me, but then again, i've had oodles. Incidentally, i lost all of your e-mails in the chaos that is moving from continent to weight-limit-restricted continent. Please furnish? Hope all is well.
