My entire work place has gone hard core vegetarian. Like, vegan. The usual superiorism has been kicked up a notch. Chef Shu examines my lunch, but for the opposite reason. She insists I need meat and white rice in order to grow big and strong. I can't please anyone.

The main reason I am writing is to encourage you, my fellow bloggers, to write more frequently. Your wit, humor, stories about life are the only bright spots in my work day, where my only window stares into an acupuncture room. I work 12 hours a day, I need entertainment! I can only plan so many menus, write so many memos before my eyeballs melt!
