For the new years party I made a deliciously indulgent recipe, bitterballen. It's essentially a fried meatball and it is so good. The recipe I used can be found here, the only change I made is that I added gruyere cheese, which is never a bad thing. I also made hush puppies, cause if you are frying things, I mean, you need to fry hush puppies.
