Soup Snow Day

Okay, so we may not get off work but on snowy days when it is dangerous to drive, Shu (our Asian clinic Grandma) make us all soup. I got a big bowl and some spicy mung bean noodles that were so hot my nose started dripping and I had trouble swallowing. YUM. (I now feel a strong need to make "These noodles are so hot" jokes. You know, like, these noodles are so hot that after you eat them people might think you are a dragon cause you will be breathing flames and laying waste to all around you. Okay, it needs some work, but its a solid foundation.)
